Food Production Line Pan Handling Equipment Pan Buffer
To achieve balanced, high efficiency in an industrial baking line, the Pan Buffer is an important tool.the position is often in front of the depositing point and after depanner in cake production line and bread production line.
An often-used buffer concept is the vertical Multi-Step pan elevator. At times when the dough machines cannot handle all the empty pans, those pans are fed into the elevator by means of a pusher and then slid onto an L-shape carrier attached to vertical chains. After each pan insert, the lift chain makes an upward step. When the dough machines needs more empty pans than the oven discharge is supplying, the pan buffer will then empty stepwise.
