Cereal crisp is made by the baked mixture, including cereals, dried fruits and syrup. It is rich in dietary fiber and minerals and is a kind of healthy food.
Oats, corn flakes and other grains and syrup are mixed, then flattened and baked in a steel belt tunnel oven. After drying, they become swollen and soft, after cooled; they become crisp and delicious, and then enter the automatic packaging machine.
The high-quality steel belt and independent temperature control for each area of tunnel oven ensures that the products coming out of the oven have uniform texture and color. The working parameters can be adjusted while the machine is running to further reduce downtime.
